Joining Plastic Free July is simple – just refuse single-use plastics for the entire month. The campaign aims to highlight the problems with single-use disposable plastic and challenges people to do something about it!

Sign up to the OneLessStraw campaign and pledge to go strawless for at least 30 days. For every straw you accept during the 30 day period, you agree to give money to your local school's environmental education programme or back into the campaign.

    UN Environment

UN Environment launched #CleanSeas in February 2017, with the aim of engaging governments, the general public, civil society and the private sector in the fight against marine plastic litter. You can take the #CleanSeas pledge as an individual, organisation, government or NGO.

    Great British Oceans Coalition

The Blue Belt will be a series of large protected areas of ocean around 7 of the 14 British Overseas Territories, all of which are under the sovereignty of the United Kingdom.
